Winter Is Coming

The weather is getting colder outside and the days are shorter now with Winter approaching quickly. If we live by the seasons and truly by the laws of nature we realize that this is the time when the animals go into hibernation. Just like the animals this is the time of year where we have less energy, we want to be cozy and eat comfort food. We may even put on a bit of weight. This is perfectly normal to do, so honor it. Relish this time and slow down, spend time with friends and family, eat terrific comfort food, take more naps, stay home cozy up and watch movies. Instead of fighting it give in to this beautiful season and label it as part of your self care.
