Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is now being offered in a beautiful, calming, nurturing space that Kirsten has created for her clients.
I was trained in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy years ago and now I am able to offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy in my office for my clients who are resistant to traditional therapy, who suffer from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ketamine is rapidly becoming the treatment of choice for these mental health issues, with amazing results. KAP offers such wonderful possibilities for growth and development of the human mind, body and spirit.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is the approach to healing that includes the administration of Ketamine along with integration.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is for clients who want to be able to open up and expand their perspective on life. Ketamine Assisted Therapy is a beautiful way to get to the root of the reason why you are not enjoying life and get you on the path to your joy.
Ketamine allows the brain to reset it’s learning pathways to allow beautiful changes in your life, while quieting your default mode, the mode where you have problematic thoughts, problematic behaviors and ruminating thoughts.
The Process
-
Meeting 1
The initial intake session.
This includes a full mental health history, setting the intention for the Ketamine Journey and the expectations for the day of the Ketamine Journey.
-
Meeting 2
The Ketamine Journey.
Plan to stay in the office for 2.5 to 3 hours.
-
Meeting 3
The Integration.
The integration session is the most important part of the experience. This is where you begin to make sense of the journey and you process all that you have learned and where you want to go from here with your life.
