Kirsten Guest
Holistic Psychotherapist, M.A., LMHC
I was born and raised in California into a family of “natural pioneers,” as I would call them. My fabulous grandmother was perusing the health food stores back in the 70s when most people were still eating Swanson dinners. I like to share that story because it will give you an idea of where all of my holistic, organic passion comes from.
Fast forward to my first year of college when my first class was criminal psychology. From day one, I was hooked. Over time, the two melded into one: Good mental health merged with good physical health and eventually, good spiritual health. It’s a beautiful trinity that I am more than passionate about. I love helping and teaching people, and I consider myself a healer.
When you work with me, I will teach you how to honor yourself, create beautiful boundaries, find your joy, and build the life that you want on your terms with no apologies, guilt, or shame.
As a holistic therapist, I’m constantly learning new ways to support my clients in their healing, from integrative holistic medicine and nutrition to psychedelic-assisted therapy, Ketamine (KAP), meditation, mindfulness, yoga, EMDR, and hypnosis (to name a few). I design a plan that is tailored to each individual I see. Learn more here.
I want to help you get your sparkle back!
My sidekick and zen Chihuahua, Bailey Louise. She is in all of my sessions, and my clients love her!
