New Name New Life

As a therapist, deciding how much to disclose about yourself is always tricky. For me, it’s never about not wanting you to know who I am personally. It's the fact that as a therapist, the rule is that it’s always about the client, never the therapist. Meaning that I only disclose things about my life that I think would benefit my clients.

But, since I’ve been getting a lot of questions, I figured it would be helpful to share some context around my recent name change. And my new website/look - did you notice we got a makeover?!

I recently got married, and I thought I would keep Cantley for my business, but then it became too confusing. Plus I love my new name.☺So I decided to switch everything over!

My name change also coincides with a new chapter for me in my business – embracing more of my holistic practices and intuitive abilities when working with my clients. When I address the full picture; mind, body, and spirit, I’ve seen life-changing transformations and deep soul healing. This has been true not only for my clients, but also for myself. These modalities and practices allow us to find our highest level of joy, clarity and freedom. Isn’t that what we all want out of life?

Also, holistic healing allowed me to connect to my wonderful husband. If I didn’t clean up my side of the street, I wouldn’t be able to have the laughter-filled, immensely loving, radically honest relationship I currently have with him.

More on the importance of doing our own healing work when dating in my next post – next month!
